50% Off: Original Penguin Polo.
Nothing fancy here. This is a polo. Penguin fits well, has a good feel - soft, but sturdy. It’s 50% off at $31.20. That is all.

7 For All Mankind: Austyn Relaxed Straight Leg.
These jeans are easy. The fit is great. The wash is great. They aren’t super dark, super tight, super Japanese. Just just work. And, at 50% off, this is a steal.
Today’s Look: Relax a little.
It’s Sunday, so I suppose some extra pockets in no big deal. We’r not a huge fan of cargo pants, but these are J Brand cargos are slim and don’t have any strings hanging all over the place. They’ll do nicely.
Those Allen Edmonds oxfords really class it all up. You might even get away with this at church, if that’s your thing.
Grab your raincoat!
I know it’s hot out there, but it’s also pouring. It’s a welcome reprieve from the sweltering heat - and the rain looks good on the ladies too - but you don’t want to be the one soaked. This Marmot waterproof light jacket will keep you dry, so you can get out there and scope out the scenery.
Summer Sneakers: PUMA Whirlwind Classic sneakers.
Are they sneakers or trainers? Who cares. These kicks are just comfortable. I’ve owned a pair of these guys for years. Great for walking around the city. Grab them now in Nordstrom’s Half-Yearly sale for 35% off.
John Varvatos: Star USA Hipster buck shoe.
Drop the socks and slip on these derby buck shoes this weekend. At 35% off, size options are extremely limited, but there are similar options to be had. These, though, are a slick set of kicks.
Original Penguin: Rain heather cotton Ring the Bell polo shirt.
Fit is key with polos. Looks for slim fitting, tailored cuts. The arms should come to mid-bicep and fit snug, but not overly tight. The bottom should be even with, or just below, your belt. Avoid, at all costs, the giant tail found on so many polos.
Penguins fit the bill nicely. This one is $39 - a great discount to the $69 retail price. These guys super soft, too. I’m wearing one (in a different color) right now. How meta.
J Fold: Navy canvas Substation convertible tote.
J Fold again, but I couldn’t pass this beauty up. Canvas bags are great for summer. Though you wish it wasn’t the case, you still have to go to work every day, so hit the subway in style.
Normally $175, this bag is $118. It’s in the bag. …. Oh boy.
J Fold: Red leather Slim Roadster striped bi-fold wallet.
Do you have a giant, gangly, smelly, old black wallet in your back pocket? It’s okay to admit it, but now it’s time to change it. Upgrade your ass with a spot of color and, while you’re at it, lose all those receipts you’ll never look at anyway.
This J Fold wallet is normally $60. Today it’s only $28.
Today’s Look: Rock those wingtip oxfords.
It’s Friday. Thank god. It’s even every so slightly cooler today - if you call this cool. Those brown wingtips pop nicely with that grey sportcoat.
Bell & Ross: WW1-92 Military Watch.
This might be the most beautiful watch in the world. At $3,300, it doesn’t come cheap, but these guys have created top quality, vintage watches that will never go out of style.
Clarks Shoes: Chukka Boots.
Now’s a good time to stock up on chukkas for the fall. I don’t need to tell you - you can’t go wrong with Clarks. These shoes are crazy comfortable. Get them here for $90.
Ted Baker: London Trim Fit Polo.
I personally own this polo in a few colors. It fits great, is well constructed. I’ve seen it sold for slightly less, but at $62.90, this is still a great deal. Don’t hesitate on this one.
Summer Basics: John W Nordstrom linen sportcoat.
Stay cool with this linen sportcoat at $199, it’s 30% off today.
